The morning after 14 engineering students were gunned down in Montreal, CHOM FM's Terry DiMonte signed off a somber show with this song. Whatever I thought of it before, it took on new meaning on that horrible morning, and it seems like a good sound track with which to remember some talented young women.
Can someone tell me what the colours are for the U of Montreal's sports teams are? Because the strangest thing I ever saw was a kid walking through the mall wearing a hockey jersey that looked something like a Flames road jersey and the name on the back was Lepine and the jersey number was 14. Coincidence? Weird? Kid was just being a jerk? Political statement? Who knows?

UNFORTUNATELY, i have the same last name (Lepine) as the shooter, even though i am not related to him. its still embarrassing because people at my school who have heard of that shooting keep asking me if im related to Marc Lepine.

my mom was in the school when it happened. thankfully, she is alive. she never tells me all the details. she just said that he entered through the cafeteria and she and her sister escaped in time. and that the shooter commited suicide.
