Para Alejandrito que dijo que la musica no era un cha cha cha si lo es,si oyes tiene el ritmo muy bien marcado y los pasos lo están haciendo en el contratiempo que es donde debe ir,el estilo de señor esta super feo,ella lo hace mucho mejor,en general se puede rescatar.

Actually, the steps there aren't very hard: they're doing the basic 1,2 Cha cha cha, 3,4, interspaced with what looks like a couple of cross body leads, and regular turn outs on the cha cha part. The only part that might be difficult is the part about halfway through, where he leads her through and she's turned away from him; that's where the showman part comes in. And the V formations are easy (can't remember what they're called, sorry).
Don't worry, the more you learn, the easier it is.

Very nice simple routine for beginner. The lady seems to be a teacher. I like to try this cha cha pattern myself later.
