i guess is that it is somehow related to a certain food that is consumed up there. i recently discovered Chili John's Chili (originally of Green Bay). It's gotta be one of the best chili i've had.... Imagine the cold cold weather, you have a steaming hot bowl of chili in your lap, watching the UW game or whatever games. You ain't jumping up for the wave and spilling the delicious goodness are you ?! Are you ????

I was at this game and this was my favorite part of the night - I was laughing/cheering the whole time. I can't remember the last time I've been to a baseball game where the crowd's done even one round of the wave. This was just a great night, a great crowd and probably the most fun I'll ever have at a sporting event.

The guy that made this video was sitting right in front of me, and was part of the group that started the wave. They definitely have roots at UW. I didn't get a chance to at the game... but gotta give props to the guy that started the wave!

Well I was at the game and let me tell ya, in person it was SWEEEET! But, to answer your question, doing the slow motion wave is very popular at Wisonsin Badger games, so i guess someone just had the idea to do it here.

Yeah, they do it all the time at the UW football games. WISCONSIN FANS RULE!! Not because we're the loudest or the craziest (although that argument can be made), but because we have the most fun.
