In order to love you need to have power. Power over yourself, your thoughts, your emotions. How do you get to power when you feel it has been taken away from you? How do so many of us start to feel strength and power over our faith, our life when the only answer is ever, only: love?

Second, Marianne says to love with MORE conviction to balance the intensity of hate streaming from the minority of the population - but she forgets two things.

1, Love is unconditional - so acceptance is the golden rule. Change what you need to change in your heart to accept the way the universe expresses itself today. Be the difference.

2. Positive energy is synergistically exponential . Eg. 3 loving people = 9 hating people, but 9 loving people = 50 hating people to illustrate the point.

First, your shadow is a simple thing. It's what stands out at you in your negative emotions while you continue to follow your excitement. Button pressers are a gift because they show you your shadow. Change your negative emotions and you are on your way toward the light. Next stop, limiting beliefs.
