I indeed think this problem here in the Netherlands isn't as big as in the UK

We have the same problem with contraception talk in the U.S. It's absolutely stupid because they can teach us about STDs but they are not allowed to tell us that condoms can stop them (at least in Utah). They are allowed to show us the miracle of life but not the miracle of birth control. It's definitely frustrating because it's pretty obvious that the teen pregnancy problem is less where people are educated, but our super Christian society seems to think the false hope is way more important.

Being from the 'European mainland' (Belgium) I can agree that we are being educated about sex and how to do it safe. But, this doesn't mean that they aren't waving their authorative finger in your direction screaming 'don't do it!' at the same time. It happens anyway, I guess, so I can only hope that we are indeed somewhat better informed about it than you guys are.

my education cost me 8k just for one 6month course never bothered with others cos never needed them , i think the problem with sex education is theres too much focus on obvious safesex and birth control etc rather then how to pleasure from it, the joys of sex , knowing your body and how to protect your self from women clamping you during a orgasm or men as that is the real cause of pregnancy ,your partner turning into the exorcist on you when you least expect it :S

Haha, it does look extraordinarily shrine-like! It's actually a Johnny Depp calendar, with scarves and necklaces hanging from it; most convenient place to keep them.
