PS1 Spiderman 2: Enter Electro - The Beetle Flees

As Spiderman look on into the interior and Discovers that the second Trench coat wearing criminal is actually the Beetle. Spiderman tries to catch him, but he blasts a door on the side of the train, and flees. Before he does though, he through his trench coat at Spiderman, revealing an invitation to a museum.

I was looking forward to a fight with the Beetle. After that scene where Hammerhead's introduced, we don't see him again. Maybe they had to cut some levels and his happened to get nixed.

that would seem the case, you can also note errors in the dialog with Hammerhead. Such as a 6 on one comment, though there are only 3 bad guys in the room. That suggest it was either rushed, or originally intended to have 6 villains in the original design but were cut short.

They could've made a sequel with the Beetle! Seriously, this game really needed one, I loved this game!

Hey, he's still out there, They cut Green Goblin from SM1.

I really wanted a Spider-man 3 but it never came, what did i do?

Well at the time i'm working on a comic that is taking place after this game, Beetle is in it, Green Goblin is the Boss. The Story is that Norman broke Doc Oc, Mysterio and a few others out of prison. Killed Electro for some unknown reason, and hes now planing to rule the USA. Beetle is helping him as second in comand.

hey, who knows? the upcoming spider-man reboot will most likely get a game adaptation, and it'll have some villains not featured in the movie. Beetle could be one of them.

the only thing that worries me is that the game could suck, like most other superhero movie games. Well we'll see what the future holds......(gulps)
