Thoughts of a Dead Atheist is a short film about an atheist who arrives in hell for his beliefs. There, he meets the Devil with whom he makes a wager playing chess meanwhile engaging in a discourse about the existence of God. and the nature of Heaven and Hell.

@BloodOfTheDarkPrince He goes to hell, but only when the devil convinces him it's a place that he would prefer more than heaven. Making it like "his heaven". Whether he tricked him or not, you can decide...

@kongo4527 yes atheists have ethical principles without the need for religion, of course, and of course great artists like Michelangelo found inspiration from the bible and catholic church, nothing wrong with that, that's wonderful. However, we can equally find inspiration in the sciences, in the vastness and beauty of our universe. And we can find our own meaning in life. Our life and it occurring in our universe is a gift whether you believe in god or not.

Seriously Gods thoughts are not like ours, where man chooses and needs to use brute force, restrictions/limitations and deception to rule one nation, God uses love, truth and creativity to rule the universe. All in all everyone knows one can only receive if they give, you know, you reap what you sow. I'd rather give God my diamond in the rough to cut away at it until its valuable, rather than give satan my diamond for a bag of sand.

I don't know its sort of common sense??? But who knows maybe God isn't for everyone even though He created us ALL, kind of like our parents. Yeah they give us life but its up to the indi vidual to like their parents but one thing you can try but ultimately can't deny is that they gave you life. There's always an explanation yet beyond the explanation there is always the truth

Turn off your TV, radio, i"things" and cellphones for a day. Take a hike or walk (maybe take a book The Bible preferrably(lol)) and most importantly observe Gods masterpiece of pieces, don't forget your part of it. Just breathing alone amazes me! Ahh I can go on and on... Nice film making btw..

1. People have free will. That doesn't mean that God doesn't know what we're going to do. He just lets us choose. 2. In fact, it says that God will create a new Earth as he intended it to be for us to live on. We're not going to live in heaven. You should probably get your facts a little straighter. 3. I study this issue every day of my life.  I'd say I'm a deep thinker. I've never discovered anything that has proven the Bible/God wrong.
