How to get basic fades - Sony Vegas Tutorial

Hey guys! Jo here (JooFlashx).

I get asked how to do this quite alot, so I decided to make a tutorial. You probably would think this effect is hard, but actually.. the effect is very very simple. :)

@amandaaa624 That's right! you just add to your clip, then do the copy & paste event attributes thing to get the colouring on another clip (which basically copies all your effects) =)

I've been trying to figure this out forever and now I feel stupid that I never thought to do that myself. *duh* I hate thick, sloppy looking transitions.

So you never put your colorings on the whole track, then?

OH my FREAKIN GOSH!...that last tip about "Paste Event Attributes" so simple...I was always killing myself trying to repeat the steps to make the same effects on clip after clip..."Paste Event Attributes"..been using Sony Vegas for years and never knew about that lol...THANK YOU!! @JooFlashx i meant like a keyboard short cut? or can you highlight all the clips at once once you're finished and then paste event attributes?
