The snow around our community has melted. Looking north to Flagstaff I see the clouds have lifted so that the snow is visible on the rim. The light and conditions change so quickly I have a tendency to just go out and start shooting. In this cold with the wind gusting it is difficult to stay out on the deck trying to hold the camera steady. I have several tri-pods and a mono-pod I'll try to remember to use one next time I film. A heavy coat might be a good thing too!
