I'm not biased, and have played both. I don't play either anymore.
Fun: Wow is more realistic, L2 is more fantasy
Graphics: L2
Replay Value: WoW by far
Freedom: WoW (jumping, no world barriers, flying mounts anywhere)
PVE: L2 in my opinion
PVP: WoW, you can battle/get attacked anytime, anywhere.
Time to level: L2 is quickest. WoW takes a longass time to reach max level
If you're over 21 and/or mature, WoW considering 50% of the player community have children. Otherwise L2
