  • Every bit of that ammo, is probably corrosive i hope you scrub the shit out of that barrel..

  • @Shadowlogic420

have any idea what these things cost? you prob don't need to tell the owners how to maintain things that cost more than a new truck..

  • @GunWebsites I like how you get so many comments about how your doing shit wrong or tell you how to do stuff. Has everyone not seen how many guns you've shot or how many videos you have? I am a gun guru and have 31 guns and i believe your knowledge is far superior to mine, don't let all these kids still cottling their mama's tits bug you. Keep bringing the Videos!

  • @derglegnartertar

thanks for the support, stay tuned, always more vids on the way

well, if you know the guys it's different than if you are just some guy walking up with a camera

So it's not like that many people will just invite anyone around to pull triggers.

Talking is a different story, most of the shooters are very friendly and will talk all about the guns

  • This gun could have easily won the Civil War! lol

  • @RebelSonBand The simple answer is no. The more detailed answer is as follows:

A water cooled machinegun doesn't require barrel changes because water is vastly superior to air as a coolant. In short, as long as there is liquid water in the jacket, the barrel will maintain a roughly steady temperature and will not expand or wear down as quickly.

The MG42 is air cooled, which causes heat to dissipate much more slowly, and fires much faster, allowing for much more wear and tear.

  • @Thatevilmidget I see,you dont change..Well,the barrel gets worse with every shot, but I guess accuracy wasent much of an object...Heavy firing was perhaps more importent..The famous German MG42 could change barrel, would this not mean greater accuracy ??

  • @RebelSonBand You don't change barrels on the Maxim series weapons... at least, not in the field. They're designed to keep that barrel for the entire service life of the weapon, but a proper armorer can install and headspace a new barrel if the need arises.

  • fuck yeah looks fun!

  • @GunWebsites How do you change barrels on this thing ? Perhaps you dont...

  • Finland used this in ww2 :D
