This is played during the the third case in Ace Attorney Investigations at the beginning of the case. Its a jolly amusement park remix of the Blue Badger's theme which was played in case 5 of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for the DS. At the end of this video I left a little surprise ;D.
