You will see the base colors, cream dilution, dun dilution, champagnedilution, tobiano masking, overo masking, tovero masking, sabino masking, dominant white, leopard spotting, blanket spotting, snowcap, pintaloosa, roans, bend or spotting, and birdcatcer spotting. Also frosting on mane/tail.
Genetics are slightly explained but not in great detail. To learn exactly what color your horse is just get it genetically tested. There are many testing kits and labs that test for the exact colors of your horse.
