Kim Jong-Un has been officially named as North Korea's new supreme leader.
The announcement came as huge crowds attended a memorial for his father Kim Jong-Il in the country's capital Pyongyang.
Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul, in South Korea.

The state North Korea is in breaks my heart, seeing the people's reaction of the death of a man who did nothing but brainwash and hurt his people. I hope North Korea finds democracy in my life time, but I doubt I'll see it ever happen.
