Nice workout, good control with the kettlebells plus they are 24k ones!
Just a side point if anyone is looking to buy kettlebells always check on ebay they are much lower prices than ones you buy from sports shops and amazon.

double front juggle is interesting- i have only done a double back juggle (basicly its just flipping it in the opposite direction of what he is doing).
