  • Nice workout, good control with the kettlebells plus they are 24k ones!

    Just a side point if anyone is looking to buy kettlebells always check on ebay they are much lower prices than ones you buy from sports shops and amazon.

  • double front juggle is interesting- i have only done a double back juggle (basicly its just flipping it in the opposite direction of what he is doing).
