In Canada, we have a crime called Infanticide. It sounds like a serious crime, but once convicted the punishment is usually probation up to 6 mths. in prison, so it's really a pass. It occurs when a child is murdered by their mother and is less than a year old. Not available to men. It's a pass for woman that murder their infant child. Some women get off killing several children, years apart, Not often but it did happen. Society does not like to judge women as evil. Odd exception = Warnos.

The insanity defence usually does not work except for women. You see, men, even crazy men are held to be responsible for their actions. Society accepts that there are truly evil men and we see them defined in such ways. But women by nature are defined in a higher standard, as if women are by nature gentler, kinder, sensitive etc. So, when a evil woman is caught doing evil things, it so goes against the women's understood standard, that we judge them as temporarily insane. As in infanticide.

i think i am insane like i have really bad problems i tried to jump off my roof and did it but i yelled at some dude telling him he was a murderer and a phsychopath he asked me if i was phsyco i said idk. i cant controll myself
