Ugandan Kids Love the Camera

I wanted to film this performance.... however, the kids were far more interested in my camera than the music. In this video, you see all the kids rushing around behind me to look at the tiny lcd on the back of the camera. I had to put away the camera so that they'd sit back down.

I love the smiles on African kids faces. How is it that they have so much less than Western Children, but smile so much more?

This was filmed in a village called Nyakalengija in the foothills of the Mountains of the Moon.
