It's true, I read it myself..Sakura tells him she loves him an in attempt to get Naruto to stop searching for Sasuke but he doesn't really believe her. BUT Sasuke is so twisted by that point in the series that he is beyond help in Sakura's eyes. After learning some things she decides to go after Sasuke herself to kill him. thats one of the reasons why she tells Naruto he doesn't have to go after sasuke anymore
