I have a Ford Focus (2005), but it's my first car and I'm a newbie so I'm a little scared to do this myself. I'll take it to a repair center this time and try to do it myself next time.

Glad to see that you are using our Arctic Freeze product. Check out our Facebook page acprocold or view our youtube channel at acproidq.
We always recommend that you hold the can in the upright position and rotate between the 12:00 and 2:00 position. This way the product goes in as a gas and not a liquid. Only if the system is so low low that you need to gravity feed it do we recommend inverting the can upside down.
