This sounds like some of our Old Believer chants from Siberia. I attempeted to give it 5 stars, but, the software failed, giving it only two (chagrin!).
The minor modality has virtually disappeared from contemporary American church singing, which is a shame, for the major key framework deprives the music of majesty of power. In fact, it deprives the music of any dignity or depth.
wonderfull.I've loved this music for so long , it's great to hear it in English.Thank you so much. Fletcher
