My next purchase will be a Moog little phatty stage II , when i looked for little phatty videos on youtube all i seem to find is people playing those cliche 70's Moog leads which to be honest really make my toes curl However on a deeper web search i found Joachim Garraud who was using his little phatty to make a more dance orientated sound and now my faith in Moog little phatty has been restored.

  • yes deadmau5 uses the little phatty but the best use of the little phatty is how the bloody beetroots play it if uve never heard of them u must check it out

  • If your talking about 'The Bloody Beetroots' - Warp , they are not using a Little phatty in that track however they are posing with a Little phatty in the video , the synth sound in the 'Warp' track is actually sampled from the track 'Dominator' by Human resourse (you'll find it on youtube) which was actually a factory preset from the Roland alpha-Juno synthesizer (or MKS-50 rackmount); a preset called "What The?"

Things ain't always what they seem lol

  • @djiseb

you obviously didn't read the post below , The bloody beetroots only posed with a Moog in the video the sound you hear is a factory preset from the Roland alpha-Juno synthesizer (or MKS-50 rackmount); a preset called "What The?"

  • cool, but kinda old electro sounding. like 2006. Love the moogs though.

  • i was born in 71 and remember back in 84 wandering the streets in a Nike kagool spinning around on a piece of old lino with electro playing out of my Ghetto blaster "Willesden Dodgers - Gunsmoke breakout" was my favorite track , now thats old Electro lol

  • @canecreek00 I think the sound of Warp comes from a VST called Sylenth1, but I'm not sure. I know the preset HOV Dominator is exactly like the warp sound. I'm sure the Dominator preset is based on the Roland alpha Juno "What The?" sound.

  • This clown doesn't deserve to own a Moog.As a matter of fact,he is a disgrace to the legacy of Moog. Long live Bob!!!!!!

  • My girlfriend has a stuffed penguin,Her name is Ann ,[the penguin].Ann is much more creative and intelligent than this schmuck.Never before, have the words,"douche" and "bag" been so destined to collide as they are when describing this boorish dumbkoff. He makes me look like Rick Wakeman.

  • This beat you have would be really improved if you added some effects and a sick clap/snare.

  • lol is that nord in the background?

    wow

  • @canecreek00

...good call mate. Hearing the beetroots track next to the human resource track makes me laugh my ass off. i swear these new recording djs are pathetic and even worse are the people who follow them.

  • @canecreek00 i think beetroots use a LP in their live performances

  • @canecreek00 Or more commonly known as the hoover sound. A huge ass supersaw. The one they used is actually the dominator preset on the vst sylenth, just with two octaves of g and g sharp.

  • @antoinelevesque22 alright...asshole

  • @leadfarmer13 audio interface you noob
