After dealing with the obscenity that is WorkSafe BC, ALL other obscenities pale in comparison. My injury wasn't as serious as yours but is disabling for most occupations - bilateral hand and wrist tendonitis with development of RSD. I am awaiting the second WCAT decision now; five appeals in four years. Did have claim accepted in 2008! FKIT. Agitate, irritate, create PUBLIC AWARENESS with in their faces advertising. And Dr. John Robinson at WorkSafe BC is an imposter!!

I think I have 22 appeals in total "WOW" yep 22 ! First WCAT decision I won, the board denied it AGAIN and now heading back to WCAT on the same appeal I won 2 years ago.

I just won another WCAT decision September 11/09, I did sustain a L3-L4, L4-L5 disc herniation, a left wrist injury and a 40% physiological condition related to my 28 ft fall.

It's November 10th and still have not talked to my case manager for about 6 months, I have left 15-25 messages. FIGHT WorkSafe B.C is all I do !!!

My protesting and fighting is the only reason why I am now getting all my injuries accepted SCREAM , KICK and SHOUT !!!! I think after 4 years of me screaming they finally accepted my injuries. Funny I got my decision letter 9/11, Sept.11 ASS HOLES !!!!

I can see only one way for seriously injured and disabled workers to ever get treated fairly. Sue the Fedreral and Provincial Governments directly. They are responsible for our mental and physical well being. I am sure being tortured by their workers comp program is the opposite of what Canadians want. If it is not, then all the more reason to sue. What this is, is a EUGENICS program. Murder by 1 Pain 2 Poverty 3 Stress. All WCB's are guilty of the same criminal behaviour. Murder for money.

When a person IS being tortured, then they have every right to scream and shout. Of course then we are called lunatics and it must be booze or drugs or any reason other than because we are being psychologically and physically tortured. Bottom line is that WCB's are protected by corupt government legislation. This enables WCB's to initiate and sustain any type of crime they wish against us. Including fraud and abuse. Forever. Until death do us part. A prisoner in our own homes.

We need to start and work together on this issue NOW.. Way two many peoples lives are a stake !! If we all did what we could to start fund raising for a lawyer to sue WorkSafe B.C on several different angles for abuse and mental anguish brought on by Worksafe B.C.. Make it very very public.. St

I am with you Brother in Saskatchewan were the Workers Compensation Board also couldn't give a shit about any injured worker or their family; 6 years I have been injured and denied medical treatment for my work injuries; Returned to work driving a semi-truck on morphine + oxycontin with multiple undiagnosed spinal + shoulder injuries; Just like Dr. Deagle said this is GALACTIC CORRUPTION, we are guinea pigs for the NWO;

When I am discouraged and FN ticked right off, I like to watch this video. Seeing someone else say 'I am going to get sick' makes me realize I am not so totally alone in all this shit.

WCB case managers AND MA's can't be put in jail because the law protects them from any accountability. However we can be put in jail and I am beginning to think jail looks good. Would also get a chance for rehabilitation and vocational retraining which is more that WorkSafe BC will do. Maybe WorkSafe should think about that when they FK us around for years. We are better off in jail. To get there we have to break the law. LookOut WorkSafe.

as 2 my last comment; if we put all the people with false claims in jail, then why not put all WCB case workers in jail that r defrauding rightfully injured workers? If they don't want 2 go 2 jail they can tell us who gave the order 2 cut us off. I still believe that it's the people @ the top that need 2 b in jail & then never b allowed 2 work in government again, in any capacity, neither 4 a contractor or company that has contracts with gov' of any kind. vote Campbell out!

I think the reason that Mr Bill is still in power is because he has both big & small business behind him. Most folks don't want 2 know how bad they r being ripped off. The sheeple r content with there lots in life, go along, get along. I know that b4 I had my last 2 altercations with WCB, I didn't believe all the horror stories I heard. How about we put all the fraudulant claimants in jail, after all WCB said that 95% of all soft tissue injuries r lying.

Have 4 plus year claim with WorkSafe FN BC. No money. Also opposed by 'major' employer and Pacific Risk Management. Am taking my fight to the LRB with cc to various parties. We will not get anywhere in the 'system'. We need a new strong strategy because THIS IS NOT WORKING. 80 years from now will not help US NOW. Ideas people, something different, 2010.

i've been doing this 4 11yrs now & have had those feelings of hatred & revenge. All I really want is fair treatment; an accurate accountancy of how much is owed me from the time i was cut off until now paid 2 me in full; the same, paid 2me until I leave this world. Retrain me 4 something 2 do 4 a living, or, pay me out & get out of my life PLEASE. Let me b on my way with the backup a true & good pension will allow. Let me find my own way to true rehabilitation.

WOW truly, WOW. So how do we bring them 2 justice. Is it the HAIG in I think Oslo? The World courts? Or do we weight for Canadian authorities @ the Federal level 2 come & clean house? 4 something as big as this, do we trust in our government 2 do the right thing? My hope that that is still a viable alternative. And not just a naive dream. The NWO, I never dreamed that some1 would know these letters & what they stand 4 on this forum. Surprise, surprise. FYI my Voc' rehab specialists name is Gail Morgan, she works out of the WCB office in Courteney BC. Ms Morgan lied about me in My Voc' Rehab, she set me up 2 lose. My Wage loss is based on the difference between my old job earnings & that of a high end graphic designer, not the wage difference of an office admin assistant, which is way lower 8-12 $/hr as opposed 2 approximately $20/hr of a graphic designer. Ms Morgan also gave me the distinct impression that she has a gender bios against men.
