WOTW and Signs are forgivable, the aliens most likely didn't know they were allergic to germs and water. Yes I know that they hinted at the water thing in the movie...TWICE, but it might be all a coincidence.
But is it possible that there are no coincidences.

The aliens from Keeper of the Universe were the dumbest. They were from a planet called Zeeda. Their entire planet EXPLODED because they fought with nuclear weapons in an atmosphere that had a large amount of flammible gas in it. The bomb caused fire to engulf the ENTIRE planet.

Still, Battlefield Earth is stupid:
The aliens go to a planet that has nuclear weapons, which would immediately wipe out their home planet if used. I think that it's pretty stupid. It's like pulling out a knife and trying to take over Omicron Persei 8.

Alot of people complain how the aliens in Signs couldn't open the basement door, but I thought it was supposed to be a distraction so that they could crawl in through that vent or whatever it was and take them by suprise.

The only way I can make sense of Signs is if some other bunch of aliens dumped the green guys on Earth and then stood and watched the resulting watery genocide for the lolz.

Hmmm... The film has taken on new dimensions for me now.

And thus a new Signs fanfic is born.
