I've studied the greehouse syndrome for 20 years. Believe me, it is real, and it's happening much faster than scientists thought. It is extremely serious and absolutely does require immediate action. It is propaganda put out by the oil industry and the religious right that say's scientists say it's not happening soon. The Heartland Corporation sponsors much of this propaganda. At least your response is somewhat intelligent as compared to txred. Here's the difference. The fears the democrats exploit are real, provable, and something we should all be afraid of. The fears the right wing put forth are made to make corporations more money. You see, we liberals know the greenhouse effect is real. We don't want to usher in the War of Armageddon either. And we think health care should be a human right.
