    Sorry, but that's just some made-up B.S.

The 777-300ER already has massive wingloading and would need a significant airfoil redesign to "extend" the wings beyond the rakes already available.

Which is precisely why you.. don't... have... "a... company." lol

The fuel savings alone (nearly 20% over a 767-300ER) justify its acquisition costs. CASM for similar loads would improve significantly, meaning that even with flat RASM, larger operation-specific profit is possible.

There's a REASON it's the fastest selling widebody in history. These multi-billion dollar companies might just have a bit more of a clue about it than you y'know. ;)

It has capacity similar to the 767 and range similar to the 777. It's aimed at the market between the two, as well as at the A330.

  • WHO EVER FLEW OVER THE DREAMLINER IS A DUM PILOT!

  • is the dreamliner a replacement for the 737?

  • wow, about time boeing. i really dont see wha tis so nice about it. the 777 looks better than that, sorry to say.

  • If this plane was being made of conventional materials, there'd be no point in doing it,there's already aircraft with the same capabilities. This plane on the other hand is being built of primarily composite structures, promising not only lighter weight and better efficiency, but also greater passenger comfort.Cabin pressures and humidity are usually kept low to reduce moisture and corrosion, plastics don't have that problem. That's the innovation here, greater comfort as well as lower maintenance.

  • i am really looking forword to see this beautiful plane the first time in real :D

  • i don't see why companies are flocking to this bird, it really is something in between a 767 and 777, i really don't see the need for it. If i had a company, i would upgrade by 767s instead of buying one of these.
