蝦麵要做得好吃,熬湯的蝦必不可孤寒,平日吃蝦如果不要蝦頭,可置於冰箱中留侍熬蝦湯用,或許買多些平價的細蝦,愈多蝦熬出的湯底愈是鮮味可口。
