@definitelycute HI! the deco cream is silicone about $2.50 at Lowes , sundae cups: try looking in miniaturesweet on etsy,// yes you can color white deco cream with pain/food coloring, i got the tweezers in a set of 4 and also the glitter from the dollar store <3
