The footage of Chris and Jill (in her RE3 outfit) fighting in the hall of the Spencer Mansion is from the Japan only Resident Evil themed pachislot game. That's where all of this comes from.
It's basically a slot machine that determines your success/fail by what you score when you pull the lever.
