Shabnam and Nadeem were the most successful film pair in Pakistani Urdu films. They were together first time in film "Tum mere ho" in 1968 and their last released film as pair was "Aulad ki qasm" in 1997. In these 29 years, they were seen in 49 (all Urdu) films. Their first super hit film was "Dillagi" in 1974. They set a record, when their two films - "Pehchan" and "Anari" - were released same day and celebrated diamond jubilees in Karachi. Shabnam and Nadeem appeared in 7 diamond jubilee (more than 100 weeks), 3 Platinum jubilees (more than 75 weeks), 9 golden jubilees (more than 50 weeks) and 23 silver jubilees (more than 25 weeks). Their film Bandish (1980) was the first ever platinum jubilee film in Lahore.

Tahnx for the tribute.I have seen this film 20 times but still wish to see 100 times more, great film by legends, I request to Javed Fazil for remake of Aahat but now there is no other Nadeem, Shabnam & Robin Ghosh.
