it feels hopeless to say this but

I want a new Silent Hill, a proper Konami sexually-deprived staff making a real game that can atone for what 3, 4 and 5 did.

amen. although i did like 3. but i agree that they really need to bring the series back to its rightful owners.

i agree, 3 was good but what made 3 good was that it was the "gaiden" (sidestory) - it had a different protagonist gender, atmosphere and gameplay which was more oriented to combat. but they shoulda stopped there and take a serious look at where the series was going. and im gonna stop there

Yeah....I love this song..it is very relaxing. The perfect day to listen to this song would be on a sunday on a foggy and cloudy day. It just feels right.. I like putting wallpapers of random locations but with foggy skies XD. It sets the mood.

@alanvamp umm i guess if this is for what i said above, i do like 3 quite a bit - just like i mentioned - but i'm saying that its with 3 that the team gave themselves minor liberties to change up the style a bit without it being noticeable to most players. these are the changes the team used as a foundation for the design and overall feel of 4.

by using that as a foundation, anything else proposed to change the gameplay of 4 seems like a milestone away from what 1 and 2 had established.

@Te4RHyP3 You kidding? 4 was pretty fun, never had silent hill put you in a small closed off room and made you face your fears (i.e falling heads from windows and hauntings) to me it was the scariest game of all time. Although lacking in the same atmospheric tone 2 and 3 had which is why im guessing you dont like them.
