HAARP FEMA New Madrid Controlled Floods 5.13.2011

Starting in the late 1960's, U.S. And Soviet scientists began a series of joint efforts to warm up the Arctic (documented in Lowell Ponte's 1976 book, 'The Cooling'). At the 1974 Vladivostok Summit, U.S. And Soviet leaders concluded a secret agreement designed to promote global warming. On July 4, 1976, the Soviet Woodpecker ELF system began weather engineering operations. By the late 1970's, the United States joined by transmitting its own weather modifying signals.
In 1966, Professor Gordon J. F. MacDonald was associate director of the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles, was a member of the President's Science Advisory Committee, and later a member of the President's Council on Environmental Quality.
He published papers on the use of environmental-control technologies for military purposes. MacDonald made a revealing comment: "The key to geophysical warfare is the identification of environmental instabilities to which the addition of a small amount of energy would release vastly greater amounts of energy. " World-recognized scientist MacDonald had a number of ideas for using the environment as a weapon system and he contributed to what was, at the time, the dream of a futurist. When he wrote his chapter, "How To Wreck The Environment," for the book Unless Peace Comes, he was not kidding around. In it he describes the use of weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice cap melting or destabilization, ozone depletion techniques, earthquake engineering, ocean wave control and brain wave manipulation using the planet's energy fields.
He also said that these types of weapons would be developed and, when used, would be virtually undetectable by their victims. Is HAARP that weapon? The military's intention to do environmental engineering is well documented, U.S. Congress' subcommittee hearings on Oceans and International Environment looked into military weather and climate modification conducted in the early 1970's. "What emerged was an awesome picture of far-ranging research and experimentation by the Department of Defense into ways environmental tampering could be used as a weapon," said another author cited in Angles Don't Play This HAARP.

If the Pentagon has created over 40,000 fake internet user accounts for the purpose of 'swaying public opinion' and if the Pentagon were ultimately behind HAARP and using it as a weapon, wouldn't some of those bogus accounts be used to convince people that HAARP is not real or not causing all the adverse weather?

I am wondering if this will trigger the new madrid fault to shift? water weighs 10lbs per gallon, the weight cause the plates to shift triggering a massive earthquake?

@joy7seas Between the fracking, the lubrication of the faultline with oil from the Gulf 'spill' and the weight of the water, it shouldn't take much from HAARP to push it over the edge. It can't be coincidence or stupidity that all these things have come to pass. But HAARP is old tech now, and weather control is old news. Now the Rooskies claim they have a new weapon that will 'put America to sleep' in 15 minutes. Things don''t look good.

@Biblehastheanswer Well then my Christian brother/sister. If we as believers have the answer to the riddle in hand then why not prepare ourselves and whomever will listen to resist the plan? If the prophesies are reality then we should gather and take position ahead of time to be a voice of hope and an alternative to FEMA. We must cast out compliant pastors as well. Or leave compliant churches all together. Form pockets of self reliance.

Just a theory but I think it's possible that the HAARP issue is just a red haring. I think HAARP is old hat and that if there is a seemingly invisible hand causing this,it's more advanced and wide spread,thus the "HAARP rings" popping up in diverse places. Perhaps they are using existing radar stations as part of a larger network(satelites,chem-trails etc.). HAARP seems like a localized prototype to me. Thoughts?
