They had the 'Man Of Steel' teaser in front of 'The Dark Knight Rises'.

@shagoosty Seriously WTF? You're talking like it's a Micheal Bay movie. The only real way you can claim that that movie isn't deep is to just be ignorant. Even the base level stuff in those movies are genius.

Hahaha, OMG, that has to be the funniest thing I've ever heard. Intelligence in films? From the Dark Knight trilogy? Wow, I'm literally loling. Thank you sir. You made my day.

The mood? Yes. The essentials of Batman? Not in this fucking lifetime. Batman Begins was a character study. Joker had backup plans. Batman '89 treats Bruce like a recluse. Okay, it's a Batman movie, Ledger's death didn't affect it at the box office at all in any noticeable way. It's only brought up by people who say it sucks and somehow think the box office ties into that. Bitch, please. Val Kilmer is the best Bruce Wayne.

I guess all I can ask is why do you people hate intelligence in films?

This would be awesome. Not all that unlikely. Man of Steel is written by Nolan anyway.

It's not like Christian Bale has a super unique voice, he didn't need to disguise it. And I am not intimidated at all by it, it just makes me laugh. The Joker was pretty good but let's face it, Batman Begins was boring. And even though the Burton films lacked substance at least there weren't DOZENS of plot holes. However, I'm glad that you actually have identifiable and rational reasons as to why you prefer the Nolan versions. In the end we'll just have to agree to disagree.

I believe Burton's films were all style and no substance and it certainly doesn't capture the feel of Batman at all. He has Batman kill people which goes against EVERYTHING Batman is.

BB actually explores who Batman is. And the Joker being so brilliant is part of what makes him interesting.

Michael Keaton's Batman seemed generic to me. And as much as people, poke fun at the voice, it was both legitimately intimidating and actually helped disguise his identity. Two thing Keaton didn't do.
