Chef Joshua Hebert, who has worked extensively in The Metro Phoenix area, as well as San Francisco, and Tokyo Japan brings to the valley his unique style of cooking and dining. After working with James Beard award winning chefs such as Judy Rogers, and nominees like Mark Tarbell and Mark Valiani, Joshua returned to Phoenix and worked again at Tarbell's, this time as executive chef. He then worked as the executive chef of North @ Kierland Commons and then open Dual Restaurant as chef and partner. It was at Dual, where Joshua was voted one of Arizona's best new chefs of 2006 by Az Food and Life magazine, was voted best new restaurant in the east valley, and received critical acclaim for an improvisational tasting menu, which helped "set the table" for the concept we are getting ready to roll out.
