River Tisza and its surroundings are in focus this time. Bryn is preparing fish crackling and "korhely" fish soup in Tiszacsege, he makes the ferry move and finds out what it is like fishing from a boat. Summer, river and peaceful atmosphere.

In this new series, English volunteer Bryn Watkins explores the Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor regions of Hungary and Romania, learning about the culture, nature and food of the area. With versions in English, Hungarian and Romanian, the series will be shown on local TV networks across the region from late 2011.
