  • The is an attorney who says the Constitution does not carry a right to not have insurance and this is what passes as legal scholarship. What a fucking moron! The Federal gov't has absolutely no right under the Constitution to force people to carry insurance so yes there is a right in the Constitution not to carry insurance you dumb fuck! Unbelievable. Every time I turn around there is another action or person whose behavior just adds to the total corruption in this country.

  • conass

  • Jackass Conway, You sir are a pathetic excuse for a human being. Thanks for sending out your racist supporters to pretend they are Rand Paul supporters. You've helped me make up my mind of who to support !

Rand Paul would never stoop so low

  • Oh yea Rand Paul is the man and just check out his dad Ron Paul he is the grand master man of liberty and really the Godfather of the Tea Party.

  • He's right, no AG is going to be able to prove that the law is unconstitutional and to bring up a case like that simply wastes time, money, and gives legitimacy to (as Conway put it) the logical extremes that could wipe out Social Security and Medicare.

  • Jack Conway is a buffoon. He also doesn't allow users to comment or rate his videos on Youtube, because he knows most issues he posts are easily refutable. Rand Paul 2012!

  • We don't need any more lawyers in congress... Get lost Conway.

  • conway is a faggot rofl how did someone like that even get a job in politics?

  • Jack Conway is an enemy of liberty.

  • I love this idea that you don't have the right to NOT do something. So I guess that means that you don't have a right to not be told where to work, who you can or can't marry, what businesses to support, etc. The unconstitutionality isn't that you are being forced to pay for healthcare, it's the manner in which you are being forced into paying. If this was simply a tax it would be different. Breaking rules on simple things like this sets precedence for truly horrible things in the future.
