  • Good thing that you are getting more explosive, that will add many kgs on the bar!

  • Hopefully so. The lift today was surprisingly easy. However it is much harder on the lower back, and I get some pains, that is not good. But if it becomes too bad, I will adjust the training. I cannot sacrifice health over strength.
