Seth gives the first look at the Samsung Jack from AT&T, a sleek, compact Windows Mobile 6.1 device that helps both business and regular consumers stay connected on-the-go. The device, which features 3G, Wi-Fi, and aGPS capabilities, includes various entertainment functions, a 3.2 megapixel camera and camcorder, and 256 MB Ram on board with an optional 16GB microMD slot. The Jack also allows for easy multitasking.

Jack is more for the business-conscious, iPhone has a lot of bells and whistles (meaning its more of a toy). Both have Wi-Fi. I guess in this case whether you would choose the iPhone for the touch screen or the Jack with the full physical keyboard.
