Starbucks® Conundrum

My "love / hate relationship" with Starbucks®. Their coffee shops irritate me, but I sure love the Coffee!

the cups are only getting worse too. every time they make a new "environmentally friendly' cup it works even less then the last one. Coffee drinkers ironically enough aren't a priority at starbucks as customers. If we custom made every coffee- sugar, milk etc it would take as long as a 4 dollar drink but we only make half as much not to mention there are so many coffee drinks that the long lines would never end. they are supposed to clean the milk area ever ten minutes or as needed.

Ha! I'm drinking my homebrewed Sumatra / French Roast Espresso blend as I read your Comment. I'm glad for the relatively new little green pokers that go in the lid holes, but sometimes they fit too loosely. I always get a Black-Eye... maybe I'm a higher priority now? LOL & 8-)

The Sumatra is definitely one of my favorites. Einsteins has a comparable Sumatra blend that isn't bad and is a bit less money. I LOVE my starbucks cause we only do about 6-700 bucks a day. So we're steady but not busy. That lets us have more time to make every customer satisfied. See if there's a Harris Teeter near you. Licensed starbucks in Harris teeter chains are great! Good luck!

i was only viewing it to see what was best coffee

thanks though i buy the french roast now, its so strong and can wake me up better in the morning than any other coffee. + i add milk and 5 shugars

it taste delicious and gets me going

here is how to make a real starbucks frappuccino

ingredients:

1.1/2 cup cold coffee

2.1/2 cup milk

3.3 tablespoons sugar

4.3 tablespoons caramel sundae syrup(if u want it to be a caramel frapuccino)

5.2 cups ice

6.whipped cream

directions:

combine all ingredients then pour in tall glass and top with whipped cream and caramel if u want.and enjoy!!!!!! =)

Wow! This vid is old! We switched the packaging of our coffees like a year ago. Anyways, Sumatra is very earthy. Personally, I like Verona or Yukon the best.
