Just because some people convert to islam does not make it true, most of the converts are vulnerable people who are brainwashed i.e. prisoners in America, women who are persuaded to join islam by partners or friends. Also you forget to mention that as many as 9/10 'reverts' (The correct word is convert) leave within a year of the conversion. Also what about the 16000 muslims who convert to Christianity everyday in Northern Africa (source - Al Jazeera) ? Does this mean Christianity is the truth?
