@DesmondPK yeah ive only done 30 negatives each hand with grippers. im gonna ease into 50. i dont have a grip machine or any of the other stuff yet

@idc39 True haha I love how he could close the #2 right off the bat when he first got the grippers. He is my gripper guide lol I'm currently working on middle finger lifts and closing the 365 lb Heavy Gripper.

Joe Kinney says he uses that as a toy in his dvd. He can crush 625 pounds of pressure. He also says that the #4 is like squeezing a sponge to him. He can grind both handles together like it is nothing. Go Joe Kinney!!! :)
