I think this is a good idea in prisons, music and dance makes people happy, happy people are less likely to commit crimes, ergo, atleast perhaps impacting these people who might be less likely to commit more crimes once theyre out

@tanniiix Yea, not to mention going through this must make the inmates closer to eachother, lowering the amount of prison fights because anyone who tried to mess with one of them would get jumped
