Now, now. VERY different than Betty B. Much more authentic accent, not as camp, easier to relate to if you have southern relatives, expressions are dead on. lots more energy with a conspiratorial wink. my kin would say there's something bad wrong with Betty. Sister Myotis would be offered a glass of sweet tea!

Sister Myotis is a Memphis comedian by the name of Steve Swift. He's a graduate of the U. of Memphis and a member of Voices of the South theatre company. If ever in Memphis during Christmas time I highly suggest attending their holiday show.

Nothing sadder than watching someone do a routine that's been totally ripped-off (see Betty Butterfield) and then not being able to follow through.
There's NOTHING funny about this person. Tragic? Yes. Funny? I don't think so.

Betty Butterfield is nothing short of absolute genius...but Myotis is the furthest thing in the world from Betty. If you ever happen see the full stage production, you'll understand...the only similarities between them are weight and the fact that they are both on Youtube.
Sorry you didn't enjoy this...the full stage production opens in NYC next June. Stop in if you want to know more....
