  • @Terixi do some weight training exercises for the glutes; i.e. squats, lunges, leg extensions (get on your hands and knees and bring the knee towards the opposite elbow and then extend so the leg is parallel to the floor).

  • hey girl, I teach aerobics classes and honestly, weight loss is 80% diet so you've got it right. But working out 3-4 days a week would definitely ramp up your energy (if you don't work out already). If you do work out, try to increase the days you work out to 5-6 days a week. Get some cardio in and some strength training in--once you lose the weight, you'll be able to seen the toning. :) And make sure you reward yourself when you do well! Such as getting a manicure or pedicure or relaxing...
