what an awesome piece of music, simply addicting. i have this on a cd of his "greatest hits" if you will and never tire of hearing it. wonderful.

Fresh sounding performance, playful and full of whimsy. It reminds me a bit of a horse race. Bix flies out of the gate and streams effortlessly on, way ahead of the rest of the field in both liveliness and class...even though some of those sidemen are legendary.
