  • Quasar was developed from the Reliant engine to a Honda 'Cadbury shaft' VF750. I would defo prefered the Reliant engine! Unfortunately, the designer- Malcolm Newell died. I think now if the Quasar had GSXR engine it would succeed! I always wanted a Quasar......& I still do!

  • Went to Beaulieu this year, pissed down the whole time. Next year going in the car!

  • Great to see these machines still in use.

    I wonder what they would be like today, after 30 years of development, if the idea had been a commercial success.

    The Quasar wouldn't need to change much though, it still great now. I love it.
