for sure i can see that her message is a potentially diistructive one for nation building in Afghanistan. i just got the impression she has very high standards for her country, which may be unrealistic and as you said damaging overall.

She does sell a good speech, she obviously has some people who know how charasmatic style of speech sways crowds vulnerable for a solution so easily. Sheis coming across intentionally as Messia-nic, Charasmatic, and saying everything we want to hear, however, how many times have we had leaders that did that but then deceived us?? Many, so lets not be so quick to jump on this wagon and not give it some critical though, second thought as well as lets not take it at face value. We cant afford it.

This is very interesting because corrupt political Pakistanis hated Ahmad Shah because it was him that fought against the Taliban. I wouldnt be surprised if she was a Pakistan agent. This is the ACTUAL truth!
-
Its very interesting that she is going around the world talking to foreigners who dont know one thing about Afghanistan and collecting money from them! Why doesnt she say her "solutions" in Afghanistan. The answer is because shes useless there, everyone knows that shes actually a puppet herself. She does not speak for all Afghans when she calls Ahmad Shah Massoud, the CHOSEN national hero of Afghanistan, a criminal.

There are many things unknown but one truth we know is that she does NOT represent Afghanistan and never will because we know she has another agenda and those people behind her who are paying her.
-
Also, there is a lot of unknown history about her and what she actually wants for Afghanistan. She supports RAWA, she supports a communist (chinese styte) political party called Forever Flame, these two things are shady groups to be associated with. As well, where is this funding for her WORLD TOUR coming from? Who taught her english so quick and so well? Who is she working for?

@facpass You are very right, Osama was once called the 'bravest man' too in the 1980s. These non-Afghans, who dont even know much about Afghan history are so quick to accept every word of Malalai. Afghanistan has a history of deception and lies - why be so quick to accept this woman as representing all Afghans?! She does not represent all Afghans actually most intellectual Afghans are critical and suspicious of her because of how much she ONLY puts Afghans and Afghanistan down.
Noam Chomsky himself currently has doubts about associating with her. He hasnt done all his research about her and currently is. So soon you will see his withdrawal of her support. Just watch.

very interesting comments wize1. as a non afghan i am ignorant to the details and inner politics. but you gotta admit, she sells a great story. however i did suspect that there is much more going on then she would like most people to know. admittedly there are many questions about her and her opinions. and yes many of her opinions are controversial and to be honest...

i dont think she actually believes what she is saying. if she were the president (theoretically) i doubt she would ask NATO to leave or to charge every one associated with corruption. to do so would be suicide for her country
