In this chapter see how Cheri Dale was misrepresented in her arrest warrant and at the grand jury regarding her statements about a photo of the hair in the hand of the victim. She most definately did not say the hair in the hand "Sure looks like my hair" as authorities claimed.

  • Don't know if Susan was sexually assaulted or not, but a George Camerena (unlocatable at trial) who was hitting on her all night said to his friend Robert Amparano that morning: "I want to go back there, hit that girl in the head & rape her". There were excess amounts of acid phospatase (produced in males) in three parts of Susan's body. But because she was clothed, rape was not assumed and no DNA for that was done. Susan's shirt was on inside-out though & she took pride in her appearance).

  • Thank you Cyallaire. Glad you could follow what I posted. In answer to your question regarding HOW I obtained the video of the interrogation of my sister, well, if you ever watched Colombo, you may remember how annoying he was needling people for information. That's how I was with Cheri's attorney & investigator just before the trial we thought would never happen. You have the right to review & copy all of the DISCOVERY in a case. That's how we found the tampered with transcript & videotape .

  • Wadlyyardshark, I appreciate your effort to bring to light the gross misconduct of Det. Wick. I am curious how you obtained the video of the interrogation. The case of prosecutorial and law enforcement framing of an innocent woman is horrifying. One statement I came across indicated there was evidence that a man had sexually atttacked the victim found bludgeoned to death, yet authorities were eager to have a woman rot in a jail cell for a crime that had to have had a male perpetrator.
