No, it depends on what boat, but all have at least 275's and most have 300's now. Also 33' are the smallest.

CBP have sick boats. I believe they are 32' Scarabs with 4 250HP engines.

Well, it does say "COAST GUARD". So i dont see any reason for it to show any other agency.

No other Agency? How about CBP Marine Interdiction Agents???? Don't get me wrong, props to the CG but lets not forget the boys from CBP.
