Is was probably the most dynamic of the G1 American opening sequences. Way more going on here with the the Masters, Flywheels, Computron, just everything really. Very nice and flashy.

THe Irony: The Opening title animation is better than in the series proper.

I flipped out the 1st time this aired on TV. They added extra effects on this version it but the sound isn't mixed properly.

25 years later, this theme song still never gets old.

No doubt. After all, Optimus is the one with the most wisdom and knowledge. Not to mention more patience as well.

Why aren't the Autobots in Super Robot Wars? They should be fighting along side legends such as Mazinger Z and Gundam.

The Autobot is the Technobot combiner, Computron. The Decepticon is the Duocon, Flywheels.

That's Crosshairs, and Pinpointer who transforms into Crosshairs' gun. They're a Targetmaster pair.
