if you read the back of this album it says this track is dedicated to PFC Matthew Bean who was killed by sniper fire in Iraq in may 2007. matt was my older cousin, my rolemodel growing up. this song will always have the greatest impact on me.

@WorkingClassInk At my wedding, the grandmothers and moms were walked out in the ceremony to it. It was awesome.

This is tied for my fav DKM song. The other is "Green Fields of France". This version is awesome, but the one off "Live on Lansdowne" is awesome. In that one, the crowd is chanting "Forever" instead of the band, makes it sound better. Both versions are good. DKM Forever!!!

This is a beautiful song, this is the first song i will dance to at my wedding! i took my fiance' to her first concert "dropkick murphy's" we both cried when they played the song, that's when we decided, this is our song :) all this other misguided talk on here.....wow you guys? really? lol!!! figure it out!
